DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING THE PENSION SYSTEM OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
This article analyzes the current state of the pension system for persons with disabilities in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It examines the existing regulatory framework, the mechanism for assigning pensions, and the practical implementation of the principles of social justice. The author identifies the factors affecting the effectiveness of pension provision for persons with disabilities and puts forward proposals and recommendations aimed at improving this system. In the process of analysis, relying on local and international experiences, the need to develop the system in an inclusive and humane direction is justified. The article identifies existing problems in the field of social policy, law and pension provision, and develops suggestions and recommendations for improving the system. Through this, it is aimed to ensure a decent standard of living of this category of citizens and to implement the principles of social justice.
