EMPIRICAL STUDY OF PERSONAL-PROFESSIONAL TRAINING DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC LYCEUM STUDENTS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR AFFAIRS
Abstract
It is possible to develop theoretically proven, methodologically reliable programs by diagnosing the psychological characteristics and conditions of the development of personal and professional training of important students of a person. However, despite the fact that studying the phenomenon of egoism is relevant and important, it has not yet been fully studied. The interest in studying the development of personal and professional preparation of students remains relevant today, one of the main reasons for this is, firstly, that it is increasingly evident in our time if there is an increase in the tendency to develop the personal and professional preparation of future students, secondly, the increase in people's need for consumption puts egoism in the first place, and thirdly, Egoism has become the norm, and people have a positive attitude towards it, and it is considered a means of achieving a goal.
