BO‘LAJAK O‘QITUVCHILARDA KASBIY SIFATLARNI RIVOJLANTIRISHDA EMOTSIONAL INTELLEKTNING ROLI
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda kasbiy sifatlarni rivojlantirishda emotsional intellektning roli va ahamiyati ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida emotsional intellektning asosiy komponentlari, jumladan, o‘z his-tuyg‘ularini anglash va boshqarish, empatiya, motivatsiya va ijtimoiy muloqot ko‘nikmalarining o‘qituvchilik faoliyatiga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Emotsional intellektga ega bo‘lgan o‘qituvchilar ta’lim jarayonida samarali pedagogik muloqot o‘rnatishi, o‘quvchilarning individual rivojlanishiga ko‘maklashishi va psixologik jihatdan sog‘lom muhit yaratishi ta’kidlanadi.
