EXPLORING THE CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF ANTI-FIBRILLARIN ANTIBODIES IN SYSTEMIC SCLEROSIS.
Abstract
Systemic sclerosis (SSc), also known as scleroderma, is a rare connective tissue disease characterized by immune system dysregulation, widespread fibrosis, and microvascular damage affecting the skin and various internal organs. The disease is highly heterogeneous in its clinical presentation and prognosis, making early risk stratification essential for personalized management. Autoantibodies are central to the pathogenesis and classification of SSc and serve as valuable biomarkers for diagnosis, prognosis, and prediction of organ involvement.
