Abstract

In a highly dynamic and competitive construction industry, the effectiveness of the management system significantly determines the success and sustainability of construction enterprises. This article explores the principles, components, and practical measures for improving management systems in construction firms under modern conditions. Emphasis is placed on organizational restructuring, the integration of digital technologies, process optimization, human capital development, and strategic performance measurement. The study suggests that enhancing management practices is essential not only for productivity and cost control, but also for fostering innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving global market.
