Abstract

This article explores the speech, worldview, and literary portrayal of children in the works of Mark Twain. It emphasizes the realistic, humorous, and poetic qualities of children's dialogues and how these elements are preserved or adapted in translation. The study also compares different translations, highlighting the degree of fidelity and creativity in rendering children's language and behavior.
