Abstract

In the contemporary educational environment, innovation has become an essential component of effective teaching. This article highlights the crucial need to equip future teachers with the skills necessary for innovative practices, including technological proficiency, creative pedagogy, and collaborative abilities. It highlights how innovative teaching methods enhance student engagement, improve learning outcomes, and foster 21st-century competencies. The paper proposes four key strategies for teacher training programs: (1) integration of educational technologies (LMS, AI, VR/AR), (2) promotion of creative and critical teaching approaches, (3) emphasis on continuous professional development through global collaborations, and (4) cultivation of a growth mindset. The study concludes that investing in innovative teacher preparation is fundamental to building dynamic, future-ready education systems.
