Abstract

This article is dedicated to the experimental and statistical analysis of non-destructive testing methods aimed at evaluating the quality of materials and structures without causing damage. The key principles and techniques of non-destructive testing are discussed, including ultrasonic, X-ray, and magnetic flaw detection. Emphasis is placed on the use of statistical methods for processing data obtained during experiments and improving the accuracy of assessments of object conditions. The article thoroughly analyzes the key stages of the research, including the selection of testing methods, experiment organization, and the use of statistical models to interpret the results. The proposed approaches can be useful for engineers and specialists in quality control, as well as for optimizing diagnostic and monitoring processes in various industrial sectors.
