Abstract
Charles Dickens, the famed English novelist of the nineteenth century, is known for his vivid characters and depictions of Victorian life. While his works are primarily concerned with British culture and social difficulties, their themes of poverty, social injustice, and the human condition are universally applicable, making Dickens a popular figure in many nations, including Uzbekistan.
