FUNCTIONAL STATE AND CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ADRENAL CORTEX INFECTED WITH COVID-19 IN PREMATURE INFANTS WITH ALLERGIC DERMATITIS
Abstract
The article presents data on the functional state and clinical characteristics of the adrenal cortex infected with covid-19 in premature infants with allergic dermatitis, potential effects on the functional state of the adrenal glands and proven facts of direct damage to the adrenal glands and hypothalamic-pituitary regulatory disorders. The issues of classification, diagnosis and treatment of adrenal insufficiency in the context of the coronavirus pandemic are considered. Particular attention is paid to the use of glucocorticoids in the treatment of COVID-19 and the potential consequences of this therapy. Recommendations for vaccination against COVID-19 and recommendations for behavior after vaccination are given.
