Abstract
Мақолада ўсмирларда тазйиқ ва зўравонлик қурбонлиги (виктимлик)нинг психологик оқибатлари ҳамда уларни бартараф этишда когнитив-бихевиорал терапиянинг (КБТ) аҳамияти назарий жиҳатдан таҳлил қилинган. КБТнинг асосий принциплари, виктимлик ҳолатларининг когнитив ва бихевиорал механизмлари, шунингдек, уларни тузатиш стратегиялари ёритилган. Илмий манбалар таҳлилига кўра, КБТ усуллари қурбонлик ҳолатларидаги салбий автоматик фикрларни ўзгартириш ва конструктив хулқ-атвор кўникмаларини шакллантиришда самарали ҳисобланади.
