Abstract
This article comprehensively studies and analyzes the last national repression carried out by the officials of the former Soviet Union in Uzbekistan in 1983-1989 under the guise of the "Cotton Affair" - "Uzbek Affair", the severe hardships that our people suffered as a result of human rights violations, the untimely death of many innocent people, and the tragic fate of Uzbek intellectuals, using the example of one person's life.
