THE ROLE OF DRONES IN THE DESIGN OF MUNICIPAL WASTE LANDFILLS

Abstract

This article analyzes the advantages, methodological approaches and practical application of the use of drones (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) technology in the planning and design of domestic waste landfills. With the help of drones, there is an opportunity to collect high spatial data, create geodesic maps of the Earth's surface, predict the mass and volume of emissions, and constantly carry out monitoring. The article will explore the stages of the project, developed on the basis of the integration of modern technical means, photogrammetry and GIS, as well as environmental safety, economic efficiency and socio-administrative factors.
