PRACTICAL SPECIFICS OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF PROFESSIONAL MATURITY
Abstract
To date, many studies have been conducted on the issue of a person's professional activity and preparation for the future field, which provide extremely important information about the person's capabilities and achievements in various fields. Of course, any field of science has its own object and subject, as well as research or practical study methods corresponding to them, its own principles. The methods and principles used in psychological and pedagogical diagnostics are being formed on the basis of scientific and practical experience gained in modern psychology and pedagogy, and the principles formed. At the same time, they also have their own characteristics. This is because the methods and principles used in psychological and pedagogical diagnostics serve the effective application of existing knowledge, methods, and principles in practice rather than opening up anything new in science. Based on the above, the following principles of psychological diagnostics can be outlined:
