YOPIQ BURCHAKLI GLAUKOMA DIAGNOSTIKASIDA ZAMONAVIY TASVIRLASH USULLARINING SAMARADORLIGI VA KLINIKA-AMALIY AHAMIYATI (ADABIYOTLAR SHARHI)

Abstract

Yopiq burchakli glaukoma (YBG) ko‘rish qobiliyatining qaytarilmas yo‘qolishiga olib keluvchi oftalmologik kasalliklardan biri bo‘lib, uning erta tashxisi va monitoringi davolash samaradorligini oshirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu adabiyotlar sharhida YBG diagnostikasida qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy tasvirlash texnologiyalari, ularning afzalliklari va cheklovlari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, optik kogerent tomografiya va ultratovushli biomikroskopiya old kamera burchagini baholash uchun eng samarali usullar bo‘lib, ularning diagnostik sezgirligi va xosligi yuqori ekanligi aniqlangan. Shuningdek, gonioskopiya, oldingi segment optik kogerent tomografiyasi (OS-OKT) va Sheimpflug tomografiyasining klinik amaliyotdagi ahamiyati baholandi. Logistik regressiya tahliliga ko‘ra, sayoz markaziy old kamera chuqurligi va tor o‘rtacha burchak kengligi yopiq burchakli glaukoma rivojlanishi uchun asosiy xavf omillari sifatida aniqlangan. Tadqiqot davomida zamonaviy tasvirlash usullarining qo‘llanilishi kasallikni erta bosqichda aniqlash va individual davolash yondashuvlarini ishlab chiqish imkoniyatini oshirishi qayd etildi. Natijalarga asoslanib, klinik amaliyotda YBG diagnostikasi uchun OCT va UBM kombinatsiyasini qo‘llash tavsiya etiladi.
