Abstract

This scientific article explores the development of a marketing strategy aimed at addressing consumer demand for confectionery products. It examines the selection of competitive advantages—such as cost efficiency and market opportunities—and the achievement of strategic goals using these advantages. The article also discusses choosing a foundational marketing strategy based on a specific advantage and provides proposals and recommendations for effective approaches.
