DIRECTIONS FOR DEVELOPING THE "GREEN ECONOMY"
Abstract
This article covers the theoretical foundations, relevance and main directions of the development of the "green economy". It analyzes environmental problems, limited natural resources, climate change and the need to ensure economic stability as important factors in the transition to a green economy. It also considers the development of renewable energy sources, waste management, rational use of water resources, green transport, organic agriculture, energy efficiency and the introduction of green technologies. The article also substantiates the importance of implementing the principles of the green economy in practice in the conditions of Uzbekistan.
