Abstract

Ushbu maqolada xalqaro kompaniyalarda xodimlarni rag‘batlantirishning samarali usullari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada moddiy va nomoddiy rag‘batlantirish vositalarining o‘zaro ta’siri, ularning xodim motivatsiyasi hamda mehnat unumdorligiga ta’siri yoritilgan. Shuningdek, turli mamlakatlardagi korporativ madaniyat, boshqaruv uslubi va xodim qadriyatlari asosida rag‘batlantirish tizimining shakllanishi tahlil etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari xalqaro miqyosda faoliyat yurituvchi tashkilotlarga inson resurslarini boshqarishda samaradorlikni oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar beradi.
