Abstract

This article delves into the critical aspects of employee management in the hotel industry, emphasizing how an effective employee management strategy directly influences a hotel's overall success. The paper explores different dimensions of employee management, such as recruitment, training, motivation, communication, and leadership, and analyzes how these elements contribute to employee satisfaction, retention, and ultimately, superior guest service. Furthermore, it discusses the challenges faced by hotel managers in implementing these strategies and offers recommendations on overcoming these barriers. By enhancing employee management, hotels can improve customer service, optimize operational efficiency, and boost profitability.
