Abstract

This research article examines the impact of FinTech innovations on the structure and functioning of international financial markets. The study analyzes how emerging technologies such as blockchain, cryptocurrencies, mobile payments, robo-advisors, and decentralized finance (DeFi) are transforming traditional banking systems, cross-border transactions, capital flows, and investment patterns. Particular attention is given to the challenges and risks FinTech presents, including regulatory issues, cybersecurity concerns, and market volatility. The article also highlights opportunities for increasing financial inclusion, improving efficiency, and fostering innovation in the global financial system.
