Abstract

This article explores organizational mechanisms aimed at improving employee management processes within companies. To achieve efficiency and enhance competitiveness, it is essential to apply modern methods of employee management. The study examines ways to improve the employee management system, including diversifying motivation techniques, organizing programs for professional development, and exploring the potential use of digital technologies in management. Additionally, the research provides recommendations to increase the effectiveness of employee management and suggests methods for practical implementation. The findings are expected to play a significant role in establishing effective employee management practices, optimizing workforce allocation, and increasing overall productivity within organizations.
