VIRUSLARNING NEYROVIRULENTLIGI: ODAM ASAB TIZIMIGA TA’SIR QILUVCHI VIRUSLARNING HUJAYRADAN-HUJAYRAGA TARQALISH MEXANIZMLARI

Abstract

Maqolada odam markaziy va periferik asab tizimini zararlovchi viruslarning neyrovirulentlik omillari va patogenezining molekulyar mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Neyrotrop viruslar gematoensefalik to‘siqni yorib o‘tish, neyron va gliya hujayralariga kirish, replikatsiya jarayoni, immun javobdan qochish strategiyalari hamda neyronlarda apoptoz va nekrozni induksiya qilish mexanizmlari batafsil yoritilgan. Rabies, herpes simplex, poliomiyelit, JC, Zika viruslari misolida zamonaviy tadqiqotlar natijalari keltiriladi. Virusli ensefalit, miyelit va progressiv multifokal leykoyensefalopatiya kabi kasalliklarning patogenezida muhim o‘rin tutuvchi virus oqsillari va hujayra signal yo‘llarining o‘zaro ta’siri ko‘rsatilgan. Zamonaviy molekulyar diagnostika usullari (PCR, NGS) va antiviral terapiyaning yangi yondashuvlari muhokama qilinadi. Maqola virusologlar, nevrologlar va infeksionistlar uchun mo‘ljallangan bo‘lib, neyroinfeksiyalarni oldini olish va davolashda yangi imkoniyatlarni ochib beradi.
