ATEROSKLEROZ RIVOJLANISHIDA MIKROORGANIZMLARNING ROLI
Abstract
Ushbu maqola ateroskleroz rivojlanishida mikroorganizmlarning o‘rni va ularning patogen mexanizmlarini yoritishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda Helicobacter pylori, Chlamydia pneumoniae, Cytomegalovirus kabi infeksion agentlar, shuningdek ichak va og‘iz mikrobiotasidagi o‘zgarishlarning aterosklerotik jarayonlarga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada mikroorganizmlarning yallig‘lanishni faollashtirish, endotelial disfunksiya chaqirish, oksidlovchi stressni kuchaytirish va immun javobni o‘zgartirish orqali blyashka shakllanishida ishtirok etishi ilmiy ma’lumotlar asosida ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. Shuningdek, mikrobiologik omillarni aterosklerozning qo‘shimcha xavf omili sifatida baholashning diagnostik va profilaktik ahamiyati haqida xulosa qilinadi.
