ARCTIUM LAPPA L. O‘SIMLIGINING KIMYOVIY TARKIBI VA DORIVORLIK XUSUSIYATLARI
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada Arctium lappa L. (Asteraceae) — qariqiz o‘simligining dorivorlik xususiyatlari ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi o‘simlikning fitokimyoviy tarkibi, xususan inulin va fenol kislotalari (kafeik va xlorogen) miqdorini aniqlash hamda ularning biologik faolligi bilan bog‘liqligini yoritishdan iborat. Tadqiqot sharh-tahlil usulida olib borilib, xalqaro ilmiy manbalarda e’lon qilingan in vitro va in vivo tadqiqotlar natijalari umumlashtirildi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, A. lappa ildizida inulin miqdori quruq modda hisobida 45–60 g/100 g ni, barglarida fenol kislotalari esa 1.5–3.0 g/100 g ni tashkil etishi aniqlandi. O‘simlik ekstraktlari antioksidant, yallig‘lanishga qarshi, antimikrobial va gepatoprotektiv xususiyatlarga ega ekanligi ko‘plab tadqiqotlar bilan tasdiqlangan. Xulosa qilib aytganda, Arctium lappa biologik faol birikmalarga boy bo‘lib, uni fitopreparatlar ishlab chiqishda istiqbolli dorivor o‘simlik sifatida baholash mumkin. Kelgusida insonlarda klinik tadqiqotlar o‘tkazish zarur.
