GLIOMA KASALLIGINI O’RGANISHNING ZAMONAVIY YONDASHUVLARI
Abstract
Glioma — markaziy asab tizimining glial hujayralaridan rivojlanadigan birlamchi o‘sma bo‘lib, miya o‘smalari ichida eng ko‘p uchraydigan turi hisoblanadi. Kasallikning rivojlanishida genetik mutatsiyalar (IDH1/IDH2, TP53), xromosoma kodeletsiyalari (1p/19q) va epigenetik o‘zgarishlar asosiy rol o‘ynaydi. Gliomaning klinik ko‘rinishlari o‘smaning joylashuvi va o‘sish tezligiga bog‘liq bo‘lib, bosh og‘rig‘i, tutqanoq xurujlari, kognitiv buzilishlar, nutq va harakat funksiyalaridagi o‘zgarishlar bilan namoyon bo‘ladi.
