Abstract

The sensitivity of allergen-specific indicators plays an important role in the diagnosis and monitoring of allergic diseases. This study examines methods for assessing specific immune markers, such as the level of allergen-specific immunoglobulins (IgE), skin prick tests and basophil activation tests. Their diagnostic value, reproducibility and dependence on various factors, including individual patient characteristics and environmental exposure, are analyzed. The results obtained help to determine the most informative methods for allergy diagnostics and ways to improve them.
