Abstract

Ushbu maqolada stress va psixosotsial omillarning yuqori qon bosimi (YQB) kasalligi kechishiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Stress yurak-qon tomir tizimi kasalliklarining asosiy xavf omillaridan biri hisoblanadi. Shuningdek, psixosotsial yordamning YQB bo‘lgan bemorlar sog‘lig‘ini tiklashdagi ahamiyati va stressni kamaytirishning zamonaviy psixologik hamda ijtimoiy usullari yoritilgan.
