QURILISH SANOATI KORXONALARIDA LOYIHALAR PORTFELINI BOSHQARISH TIZIMINI STRATEGIK RIVOJLANISH BILAN UYG‘UNLASHTIRISH
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada qurilish sanoati korxonalarida loyihalar portfelini boshqarish tizimini strategik rivojlanish bilan uyg‘unlashtirish masalalari ilmiy jihatdan yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda ko‘p loyihali muhitda portfel boshqaruvining korxona strategiyasini amalga oshirishdagi roli asoslab beriladi. Loyiha portfelini strategik maqsadlar bilan bog‘lash resurslardan samarali foydalanish, investitsiya ustuvorliklarini aniqlash hamda risklarni portfel darajasida muvozanatlash imkonini berishi ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. O‘tkazilgan tahlillar strategik uyg‘unlashgan portfel boshqaruvi iqtisodiy natijadorlikni oshirish, boshqaruv qarorlarining izchilligini ta’minlash va institutsional barqarorlikni mustahkamlashга хизмат қилишини тасдиқлайди. Maqola xulosalari qurilish korxonalarida boshqaruv tizimini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish uchun ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
