THE ROLE OF THE MANAGEMENT DISCIPLINE IN DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ INNOVATIVE THINKING
Abstract
This article analyzes the role of the subject "Management" in the development of innovative thinking in students in the higher education system, the need to improve teaching methods, and existing problems. Also, methodological approaches proposed based on the educational policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and innovative reforms in recent years - project-based learning (PBL), design thinking, digital learning and updating the assessment system - are highlighted.
