SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL MECHANISMS OF THE INCLUSIVE EDUCATION PROCESS IN SCHOOLS.
Abstract
The introduction of inclusive education in schools aims to provide equitable learning opportunities for all students, including those with special educational needs. This article examines the social-psychological mechanisms that underpin the inclusive education process, highlighting how social dynamics, teacher attitudes, and peer interactions contribute to or hinder the success of inclusion. The research focuses on the psychological adaptation of students, the role of teachers and support staff, and the impact of school culture on fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
