THE ROLE OF EVALUATION AND ATTESTATION IN DETERMINING QUALIFICATION LEVEL
Abstract
This article analyzes the role of employee evaluation and attestation processes in determining qualification levels, as well as their content, objectives, and mutual differences. Evaluation is aimed at assessing employee performance, while attestation serves as a formal confirmation of professional qualifications. The article substantiates the interconnection between these two tools and highlights their importance within organizational human resource policy. In addition, the concept of attestation in labor law, its legal foundations, and the objectives, functions, and practical relevance of evaluation mechanisms are examined. The concepts of evaluation and attestation are deeply studied and scientifically justified.
