STRESS VA UNING ORGANIZMDAGI BIOKIMYOVIY TA'SIRI
Abstract
Stress – bu inson organizmining har xil tashqi va ichki omillarga qarshi javobi bo'lib, uning ta'siri biologik va psixologik jihatdan sezilarli darajada ko'rinadi. Stressni boshqarishning biokimyoviy usullari, organizmning gormonlar va neyrotransmitterlar darajasini tartibga solish orqali stressning salbiy ta'sirlarini kamaytirishga yordam beradi. Ushbu maqolada stressni boshqarishda mikronutrientlar, jismoniy faollik, meditatsiya va nafas olish texnikalari hamda fitoterapiyaning biokimyoviy asoslari ko'rib chiqiladi. Ovqatlanish, jismoniy mashqlar, o'simliklar va psixologik usullar stressni boshqarish va organizmning umumiy salomatligini yaxshilashda samarali vositalar hisoblanadi. Stressni samarali boshqarish uchun bu usullarning birgalikda qo'llanilishi zarur, chunki ular stressga qarshi organizmning tabiiy javoblarini optimallashtirishga yordam beradi.
