ADAPTABILITY OF STUDENTS TO PROFESSIONAL-PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article raises the issue of students' adaptation to professional-pedagogical activities in higher education, the importance of ensuring their professional and personal development, the need to develop students' professional competencies, pedagogical skills and the ability to apply the knowledge acquired in higher education institutions to practical work, adaptation of students to teaching activities in higher education, their effective application of professional knowledge, skills and abilities, adaptation to the pedagogical environment, as well as various aspects of education appropriate adaptation to the forms and methods, clear understanding of the content and structure of education when adapting to study, adaptation to modern methods of education, innovative pedagogical technologies and teaching methods, formation of professional and pedagogical skills in adaptation to teaching activities, development of their pedagogical knowledge and skills as a result of adaptation to education, issues such as the increase of skills in the application of various methods and technologies of education, and the increase of efficiency in practices are interpreted.
