DETERMINATION OF THE AMOUNT OF FLOVONOIDS IN GREEN PEA SEED
Abstract
In this article, information about the green pea (Gorok) plant, its chemical composition, medical importance, and the amount of water-soluble vitamins in the green pea seed were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography, and its physicochemical properties and spectral characteristics is talked about.
