CONFLICTS BETWEEN TEACHER AND STUDENT: MECHANISMS OF ORIGIN AND PSYCHOLOGICAL TACTICS FOR THEIR RESOLUTION

Abstract

This article analyzes the causes and psychological mechanisms of conflicts that arise between teachers and students within the pedagogical process, as well as effective and constructive tactics for their resolution. It highlights the role of a teacher's emotional intelligence, communicative competence, and stress resilience in preventing conflicts in the educational environment and resolving them positively. Based on the research, practical psychological recommendations have been developed to stabilize relationships among participants in the educational process.
