Abstract

Ushbu maqolada T-limfotsitlarning hosil bo‘lishi, rivojlanish bosqichlari, asosiy turlari va immun tizimidagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. T-limfotsitlar organizmning hujayraviy immunitetini ta’minlovchi muhim immun hujayralar bo‘lib, ularning timus bezida yetilishi va differensiatsiya jarayonlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, T-yordamchi, sitotoksik, regulyator hamda xotira T-limfotsitlarning immun javobni boshqarish, infeksiyalangan va o‘sma hujayralarini bartaraf etishdagi roli ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Mazkur maqola T-limfotsitlarning immun tizimi faoliyatidagi muhim o‘rnini ochib beradi.
