Abstract

Maqolada limon mevalarini sovutkichli omborxonada turli usulda saqlaganda mevalar vaznining tabiiy kamayishi va saqlanuvchanligi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra sovutkichli omborda limon mevalari ochiq holda 60 kun saqlanganda mevalar vaznini tabiiy kamayishi 11,3 % ni tashkil etib, sifati yomonlashishiga olib keldi. Eng yaxshi natija limon mevalarini alohida politelin paketlarda saqlash usulida kuzatilib, mevalar 180 kun davomida yaxshi saqlandi, tabiiy kamayish 4,4 % ga yetdi.
