VAKSINALAR EVOLYUTSIYASI: M-RNK VAKSINALAR VA KELAJAK

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy vaksina texnologiyalarining evolyutsion rivojlanish bosqichlari, xususan m-RNK platformasiga asoslangan vaksinalarning yaratilishi, ularning molekulyar ishlash mexanizmlari va immunobiologik afzalliklari tahlil qilinadi. An’anaviy jonlantirilgan yoki inaktivatsiyalangan vaksinalardan farqli ravishda, m-RNK vaksinalar antigen kodlovchi matritsali RNK molekulalari orqali hujayralarda translyatsiya jarayonini faollashtirib, tezkor va yuqori spesifik immun javob shakllanishini ta’minlaydi. Ushbu texnologiya yuqori xavfsizlik darajasi, ishlab chiqarishning qisqa sikli va virus variantlariga moslashuvchanligi bilan ajralib turadi.
