VISITOR EXPECTATIONS AND SATISFACTION TOWARDS THE CULTURAL PRESERVATION PROVIDED BY THE MUSEUMS
Abstract
Visitor expectations significantly influence satisfaction levels at museums, as they assist in preparation and contribute to a fulfilling experience. This impacts the experience of visitors and the overall value of the display. The satisfaction of tourists is significantly linked to two variables that influence their expectations both directly and indirectly. Exhibitions significantly transformed visitor expectations. Cultural perspectives assist travellers in comprehending a location's history, traditions, and inhabitants. It can be argued that individuals' ethical frameworks influence their daily behaviours and contribute to their survival. It also demonstrated the variation of cultural standards across different countries. Visitors evaluate item performance across various categories as satisfactory. Travelers frequently express satisfaction when their requirements are fulfilled. While there has been an enhancement in visitor satisfaction in recent years, specialists indicate that a comprehensive evaluation of the customer experience is essential to assess individual contentment. In contemporary society, the significance of cultural artifacts has been amplified by advancements in technology and the processes of globalization. Museology offers a systematic and pragmatic approach to ensuring the safety, authenticity, and interpretation of cultural assets. Classifying and organizing museum collections, along with developing preservation plans for artifacts, are comprehensive responsibilities. This artistic technique safeguards valuable cultural assets while fostering cultural diversity and historical awareness. Recently, the preservation of cultural artifacts has become increasingly challenging. Urbanization, climate change, and conflict pose significant risks to historic sites. Museology should collaborate with various disciplines to develop innovative solutions and safeguard cultural artifacts. The widespread acceptance of digital technology has significantly enhanced public involvement, historical record-keeping, and artistic expression.
