FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND PROBLEMS OF IMPROVEMENT OF SPECIALISTS WITH HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT
Abstract
In this article, we will continue to consider the features of training speciahsts working at railway transport enterprises by correspondence for professional activity and in connection with the traditional system of training technical specialists in full-time education at a university. The validity of this approach hes in the fact that the values of the diploma of higher technical education of a university graduate, determined by the qualification requirements of the SES to the level of knowledge and the universal and professional competencies formed, are combined and diversified by forms of training.
