MANAGEMENT IN HISTORY: ZAHIRIDDIN BABUR'S STRATEGY IN ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT
Abstract
Zahiriddin Babur holds an important position in history for his management and economic strategies. He implemented effective governance systems within his state and demonstrated exceptional strategic thinking in advancing the economy. His strategies focused on the efficient distribution of state resources, territorial expansion, reforming the tax system, and developing trade routes. Babur also succeeded in creating a distinctive economic and social order, with a strong emphasis on the development of both urban and rural areas. This article is dedicated to studying Babur's strategies for efficient governance and economic organization.
