Abstract

The relationship between primary headaches and sleep disorders is mediated by neurobiological and circadian systems. This article analyzes the connections, pathophysiological mechanisms, and clinical consequences between migraines, cluster headaches, and tension-type headaches and sleep disorders. With the help of diagrams, the main aspects of this connection are shown.
