STUDYING THE MOVEMENT OF DE-FIBERED SEEDS ALONG THE CROSS-SECTION OF THE ROLL BOX
Abstract
Several disadvantages of gin machines in practice have been considered. The movement of de-fibered seeds along the cross-section of the roll box was studied. Vortex, turbulent movement of the raw material mass was observed in the zone where the seed separated from the fiber, collected in the working chamber of the saw ginning machine. Based on scientists' experiments, we defined the law of motion of the center of mass to express this process from a mathematical point of view.
