ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION TERMINOLOGY AND THE LEVEL OF ITS STUDY
Abstract
This article provides examples of comparative translations of terms in the field of architecture and construction, which were the result of research and information about the form, etymology of origin, hierarchy of development. Trends in the development of architectural and construction terminology require study primarily within the object and its relation to it. The reason is that the names of many historical monuments and their parts on the territory of Uzbekistan directly reflected the spirit and state of the era. Moreover, the name of a huge number of building materials used today in the construction of buildings, causes the emergence of a new group of words in this area. This, in turn, clearly shows that in the field of architectural and construction terms, it is time to study them from a linguistic point of view, and that the process of translating them is also a fairly important stage.References
