THE INFLUENCE OF EASTERN POETRY ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF SERGEY YESENIN'S AESTHETIC THOUGHT
Abstract
The article is devoted to analyzing the influence of Eastern poetry on the formation of Sergey Yesenin's aesthetic system. It examines the principles of Eastern lyricism manifested in the “Persian Motifs” cycle, including symbolism, the use of color associations, and the philosophy of nature. The study demonstrates how the poet's engagement with the Eastern tradition transformed his imagery, enhanced his tendency toward synesthesia, and deepened his emotional perception of space and time. The research identifies the transformation of Yesenin's poetic language under the influence of Eastern aesthetics, reflected in the specificity of his metaphorical thinking and rhythmic structure.
