Abstract

In a time when artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming more prevalent in business operations, there has been a significant increase in the need for managers proficient in AI. This article examines the critical importance of improving the practical training of upcoming managers to provide them with vital AI skills. We evaluate existing educational methodologies, pinpoint deficiencies in AI training within management programs, and suggest a detailed framework for incorporating AI competencies into management education. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we collect perspectives from industry professionals, educators, and students to guide our proposals. The results highlight the necessity of experiential learning, interdisciplinary cooperation, and ongoing professional development in cultivating AI expertise among future managers.
