Abstract

This article aims to improve the methodological foundations of the formation of the estimated cost of a construction object. Cost estimation is one of the most important stages in project management. The cost estimate provides information on determining the baseline of the project cost at different stages of project development, the production function, empirical cost summary, unit costs for the bill of quantities, and the distribution of joint costs.
