Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical foundations of museum pedagogy, its formation and development, and its role within the education system. The study examines the cultural and educational functions of museums and their impact on individuals’ intellectual, aesthetic, and social development. It also substantiates the distinctive features of the educational process organized in the museum environment, particularly visualization, interactivity, and opportunities for experiential learning.
