INNOVATSION BOSHQARUV YONDASHUVLARI VA LEAN KONSEPSIYASI ASOSIDA OPERATSION JARAYONLARNI OPTIMALLASHTIRISH IMKONIYATLARI
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada innovatsion boshqaruv yondashuvlari, xususan Lean konsepsiyasining operatsion jarayonlarni optimallashtirish imkoniyatlari nazariy va amaliy jihatlardan ko‘rib chiqilgan. Lean tafakkurining beshta asosiy printsipi tahlil qilingan, isrofgarchilik turlari va ularni yo‘q qilish usullari o‘rganilgan, hamda ushbu yondashuvning moliya va bank sektorida qo‘llanilishi alohida ko‘zdan kechirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, Lean metodologiyasini operatsion boshqaruv tizimiga izchil joriy etish orqali xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini oshirish, xarajatlarni qisqartirish va mijoz qoniqishini ta’minlash mumkin.
