Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности клинической фармакологии прамипексола — синтетического неэрголинового агониста дофаминовых рецепторов, оказывающего преимущественное влияние на D3-подтип D2-рецепторов, локализованных в стриатуме и лимбической системе. Описаны преимущества применения пролонгированной формы прамипексола на различных этапах болезни Паркинсона — от ранних проявлений до поздних стадий заболевания. Особое внимание уделено практическим вопросам использования препарата с замедленным высвобождением в повседневной неврологической практике.
